General booking for the Hilton Birmingham Metropole is now open!
What are the room rates?
We have negotiated competitive rates for the hotel for convention members. These are available for stays from 2 to 7 April 2025 inclusive. The room rates are:
£142 per night for a double room including breakfast.
£132 per night for a double room, room only.
£99 per night for single room including breakfast.
£94 per night for single room, room only.
The first night is a non-refundable deposit in line with Hilton's requirements. You will not be charged for making amendments to your reservation but late cancellation or not showing up to take up your booking means that you would be charged. This is standard Hilton policy.
Parking:
The convention as secured a reduced rate for parking of £14 per night. This can be paid in advance - using this code BQGZX via this link closer to the time or at any point during your stay. There will be QR codes distributed around the venue which will also enable you to pay for parking.
There is no additional discount for blue badge holders.

The link will take you to a booking page where you can book direct with the hotel at convention rates.
If you have access needs then there is a free text field where you can highlight your specific access needs.
The hotel has 21 fully accessible hotel rooms and will also be able to accommodate other needs on request. Please don’t worry if you aren’t able to book your accommodation during the priority period.
