Hotel bookings open to members in September. Booking will be via a link, emailed to convention members. If you want to avail yourself of convention rates you must already be a member. You can register or check your membership status here.
Accessible hotel rooms
The hotel has 21 fully accessible hotel rooms.
There will be a priority booking period for members with access requirements. We will contact members who have told us they have access needs. If you have access needs but haven’t informed us, and you want access to priority hotel booking, please contact us at email access@eastercon2026.org
Room rates
We have negotiated competitive rates for the hotel for convention members. These are available for stays from 2 to 7 April 2025 inclusive. The room rates are:
£142 per night for a double room including breakfast.
£132 per night for a double room, room only.
£99 per night for single room including breakfast.
£94 per night for single room, room only.
The first night is a non-refundable deposit in line with Hilton's requirements.
When the booking confirmation comes for verification through your bank it will look like it is asking for the full amount. However it will only take the first night's amount as the deposit.
Parking:
The convention as secured a reduced rate for parking of £14 per night. This can be paid in advance via the link that will be in your email communication. It can be paid closer to the time or at any point during your stay. There will be QR codes distributed around the venue.
There is no additional discount for blue badge holders.
