Klaxon Programme Participants: your draft schedule is live.
Thank you so much for your enthusiasm for the Iridescence programme!
We have gone through all your interests and suggestions and done our best to accommodate everyone with at least some of what you have asked for. As always, we are limited by space and time so have not managed to fit everything and everyone in, sadly.
The draft schedule is now live on PlanZ (participants.eastercon2026.org).
You must log in to accept or reject your proposed schedule. Failure to do may mean you lose the items.
If there are some items that are on the edges of your availability you will need to decided if you want to be on them. The items are unlikely to be moved.

We will then look at locking down the final schedule and aim to have the final schedule for you by the end of the following weekend.
Please be aware that PlanZ may give you the following error "You are not currently registered for Iridescence. If you believe this to be in error, please contact Programming.". It is an error. Please ignore. We are working on it in the background.
Book launches:
If you asked for a book launch… we are still juggling the spaces for these, so mainly have placeholders in for now and will be writing to authors/publishers with our suggestions in the coming days. We are trying our best to make this work for you all, so we value your cooperation and understanding.
Future convention bids:
If you are planning a bid for a future Eastercon and have not already contacted our Chair (chair@eastercon2026.org), you must do so by 10th March!
We are also hoping to include an opportunity for future Worldcon bids to tell us about themselves and answer questions this will be a separate session to the standard Eastercon bid session.
