If you signed up and ranked items as a programme participant you should now have received an email.
The draft schedule is available on PlanZ at participants.eastercon2026.org. Please log in to accept or reject your proposed items. If you do not do this you may lose them. If any items fall close to the edges of your availability you will need to decide whether you wish to keep them, as items are unlikely to move.
Deadline for responses: 9pm UTC on Tuesday 10 March.
You may see an incorrect message on PlanZ stating that you are not registered for Iridescence. Please ignore this. It is a known issue and we are working on it.
Once the deadline has passed we will finalise the schedule and aim to share it by the end of the following weekend. Please also remember to tick the box indicating that you are willing to stream.
Book launches:
If you requested a book launch, we are still allocating space. Most entries are placeholders at this stage. We will contact authors and publishers shortly with proposed arrangements.
Future convention bids:
If you are planning a bid for a future Eastercon and have not contacted the Chair at chair@eastercon2026.org, please do so by 10 March.
We also hope to include a slot for future Worldcon bids to introduce themselves once the Eastercon business session is confirmed. This depends on knowing who intends to bid.
